Blue-crowned hangig-parrot

Blue-crowned hanging-parrots are skilled climbers and often sleep hanging upside down from branches, just like bats. Only the males have a striking blue ‘crown’ on their heads and a red patch on their throats, while the females are much plainer in colour.
